Today took place the opening of the 32nd International specialized exhibition of equipment and technologies for the agro-industrial sector MOLDAGROTECH (spring) 2017.
At the opening ceremony, Iurie Usurelu, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry of Moldova, addressed the participants and visitors of the exhibition with a welcoming speech. According to him, "the high interest of participants and visitors for the exhibition MOLDAGROTECH speaks about the development of the agrarian sector, the great potential of the industry and the trust of our partners in the development of agriculture in our country." In connection with the beginning of the agricultural season 2017 at MOLDAGROTECH, Iurie Usurelu positively assessed the presence of IT companies at the exhibition, which indicates that "the activities of the Moldovan agriculture are developing in the direction of innovative technologies". An important aspect of MOLDAGROTECH, according to the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, is the scientific component, "the scientific developments presented by scientists at the exhibition speak of the significant contribution of the event to the development of the agrarian sector of the Republic of Moldova." In conclusion, Iurie Usurelu called on foreign participants of the exhibition to invest in the agriculture of Moldova and expressed the hope for the emergence of new partnerships between Moldovan and foreign companies as a result of participation in MOLDAGROTECH.
In his turn, Mihail Rurac, the representative of the general sponsor of the exhibition - the company JM INVEST GROUP, said that "for 10 years the company JM INVEST GROUP has been delivering the most advanced agricultural equipment in Moldova, including high-precision seeders from the American manufacturer KINZE." He wished the participants of the exhibition successful productive work at MOLDAGROTECH. Robert Derksen, representative of KINZE in Europe, joined the speaker’s wish, stressing that "it is a great honor for KINZE to be a part of such a large and important industry in Moldova as agriculture".
