The exhibition MOLDMEDIZIN & MOLDDENT 2019 started its works

The opening ceremony of the 25th International Specialized Exhibition MOLDMEDIZIN & MOLDDENT 2019 was held today at the Moldexpo International Exhibition Center.

Participants and visitors of the exhibition were welcomed by Ala Nemerenco, Minister of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova. According to her, at present “one must strive to reach the level of developed countries in the field of high living standards and access to quality services. The exhibition is aiming not only to demonstrate modern technology, but also to promote the principles of a healthy life and healthy nutrition in society. Development in the field of medicine is inconceivable without a scientific component, therefore scientific and practical conferences are an important component of the exhibition.” The Minister noted the exceptional importance and relevance of the project “100% Life for Everyone” for the protection of public health. Mrs Nemerenco expressed gratitude to the companies from Romania, Ukraine, Italy and other countries participating in the exhibition MOLDMEDIZIN & MOLDDENT for many years.

The director of the representative office of Balkan Pharmaceuticals, general partner of the exhibition, Georgel Bachinschi, continued the theme of healthy lifestyle, stating that the company is launching this year a new project in this area, introducing a new line of food additives. According to him, at the company's booth visitors will be able to get acquainted with a whole series of new products and interesting offers.

Ruslan Poverga, representative of Inițiativa Pozitivă, a partner of the exhibition, drew attention to the fact that “modern technologies allow to prevent many deadly diseases today, as well as help those who are already faced with diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the health budget not as expenses, but as investments in the health of the nation. Inițiativa Pozitivă calls for the formation in our society of an approach to human life as an absolute value.

At the closing of the ceremony, Oleg Cretul, the ambassador of the project “100% Life for  Everyone”, a Paralympic judoist, champion of the 2008 Summer Paralympic Games in judo (among the visually impaired), four-time world champion and three-time European judo champion, addressed the audience with a wish of health.

The exhibition MOLDMEDIZIN & MOLDDENT 2019 will be held from September 11 to 13 in three pavilions of the Moldexpo IEC.
